The language behind the report.
Administrative Credentials
High-level usernames, passwords, recovery accounts, installer accounts, dealer accounts, or cloud logins used to configure, manage, transfer, or recover a system.
Business Continuity
The ability of an organization to continue operating when a vendor leaves, a technician is unavailable, a cloud account expires, a password is lost, or equipment fails.

Documentation Gap
A condition where as-built diagrams, device lists, passwords, configurations, access schedules, licensing records, backups, or support information are missing or incomplete.
Operational Ownership
The practical ability to operate, administer, document, support, recover, modify, and transfer a system without being trapped by hidden accounts or undocumented control layers.
Recovery Readiness
The ability to restore systems, credentials, licensing, configurations, documentation, and operational access after a failure, vendor change, outage, or staff transition.
Telemetry
Operational, behavioral, device, application, or usage data transmitted by systems, cloud platforms, software, smart devices, browsers, mobile apps, cameras, or AI-enabled tools.
Vendor Dependency
A condition where operation, programming, recovery, licensing, expansion, or support depends on a specific installer, dealer, service provider, proprietary platform, or single person’s knowledge.
Video System Operational Readiness
The degree to which a video system is not only installed, but usable for live view, playback, retention, exports, evidence handling, alerts, health monitoring, and staff response.
Single Point of Failure
A person, vendor, device, account, license, cloud service, or undocumented configuration that can disrupt operations if it fails, disappears, expires, or becomes unavailable.
Risk Prioritization
The process of deciding what should be corrected immediately, what should be planned, what can wait, and what belongs in a future budget cycle.
